Seafood day

Today morning- going gym,just only RM 4 only then u can do whatever inside the gym station.

Very long time did not gym,painful after do,but after sweat body feel light xoxo

Afternoon-having break at pandan indah Fougasse-boulangerie&patisserie
Yum

Night -I having dinner at telok gong ,seafood,crab,prawn,vegetable,rice,noodle,all the food before eat have to let the smart phone having it first!!aha~but all the food inside my tummy now..full~~~~~
Have one 椰花酒 ， omg@-@
I can't accept lo,the teast aha,the morning burn de calorie is coming back~

Chit chat with fren after the dinner almost around 11 only back from...
